If anyone wants any extra reading, you can read “No Tech Hacking: A Guide to Social Engineering, Dumpster Diving, and Shoulder Surfing” by Johnny Long and Jack Wiles or “The Art of Deception” by Kevin Mitnick. You can learn a lot about social engineering and how to help prevent it.
