Make sure you know exactly how to find those utilities from the Windows Start menu, and/or you know the exact name from the command line. Each answer on the exam is pretty close, so it's hard to guess if you're not quite sure.

Read the questions on the exam twice before you answer. Many answers are entered incorrectly because the wording of the question was not completely understood or the answer was rushed. Pay attention to detail.

I know there is not a video for this yet, but be sure, be sure to know the laser printing process backwards and forwards. In the printer/scanner domain of the test, you can be sure that most, if not all the questions will be related to laser printers and how to troubleshoot them. If you understand the process, you will have no problem getting all of the printer questions correct. Obviously you want to make sure you study every objective in the domain, but when allocating your study time, make sure you have a solid foundation in the laser printer department.
Just passed the 220-602 test today, so now I can move onto Network+.
Thanks for doing this Prof. Messer, your videos, along with other study aids helped me get my A+ cert.

Thank you for the tip on the laser printer.
Prof.Messer I am enjoying your videos a lot and will be taking my first test the end of Sept 08.
Thank you for the time you take with these videos and having them free online.
