Of course certifications are worth something or employers wouldn't list them in their job ads. I see employers asking for certs all the time in my area: Tampa.

After you show them, they're like...oh my...can you fix my pc? I see the spark in their eyes...fully exposed smile... they know a positive thing about you that makes you look smart...
