Watch the entire video series on here first.
Follow up by reading the Mike Meyers book cover to cover. After having watched the videos, you'll have an idea what he is talking about beforehand, but he will reinforce concepts with much greater detail.
Use the practice exams on the CD. There are only two versions, so probably seek some practice questions elsewhere (like at proprofs.com)

I found this straighforward, but I do think the exam is a bit funny. There are concepts that you need to be aware of, so they give you a rough outline of what amounts to an entire industry, but then they are also expecting you to know details at the command line. It does help to paint the big picture of the networking world though and perhaps give you a clue as to where you'd like to head next.

Congrads on a great score. Thanks for the heads up on how you studied. I didn't do it that way. But I do agree that the Video's would be more helpful to cut ones teeth on. I felt like the Network + was one of the most straight forward CompTIA exams so far. They really can't push you on Network+, it's a very general cert to begin with.
