(years ago, when I was a smoker, I tried quitting a few times because my friends were ragging on me. It didn't take - I would quit for few months but my heart wasn't really in. Beside, I was in IT and back then we lived on Cigarettes, pizza and gallons of bad coffee from the break room. One day I finally set myself a dare and a reward - Haven't smoked since.) Little did I know then, the "reward" wasn't half a fufillng as stopping smoking ended up being.

Now if I can just get off coffee , I might be able to get some sleep.
