Windows 8? Ew..

Well it seems to me that Microsoft is definitely marketing it as a tablet OS. The new Start screen looks terrible if you ask me, but that appears to be something that would only be used on tablets with touch screens and not a full blown pc. I've seen screen shots of the actual desktop, which looks pretty standard for a Windows desktop with the Start button, System tray and Quick launch etc, but I wouldn't be able to tell you what the differences are between it and Windows 7 yet.
It may be a good thing for the tablet market. Having a propper OS and being able to run full blown applications and being able to multi-task instead or having to use an iPad or Android, may be nice to have. _________________ CompTIA A+, Network+ If the world didn't suck, we would all fall off. |

Looks like Flash will still be a problem on Windows 8 tablets.
