How would i find out information about Expansion Slots, Expansion Slot Speeds and MotherBoard Speeds, without a Manual


In large organizations, Could/Does the OS install on a server for each PC to Boot from?

I don't know about booting from the network, but at work we have been looking into Windows Deployment Services for installing OS from the network: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_De ... t_Services

We haven't actually used it yet, but it looks promising.


Regarding getting the information without a manual - why would you want to!?
