Hello
I just have a few qeustions that im not to sure about. They probably sound realy 'n00bie' but i havt heard of mutch about these topics yet How would i find out information about Expansion Slots, Expansion Slot Speeds and MotherBoard Speeds, without a Manual In large organizations, Could/Does the OS install on a server for each PC to Boot from? |

I don't know about booting from the network, but at work we have been looking into Windows Deployment Services for installing OS from the network: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Windows_De ... t_Services We haven't actually used it yet, but it looks promising. Regarding getting the information without a manual - why would you want to!? This bit of software may help: http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html It was on a Professor Messer video, but I can't remember which one. Hope that helps. |
