Are these video's helpful with the cert. test? Should I take the 13 hours that it takes to watch all of the videos, or is there other forms of studying I should focus on?

I am in the process of watching all the video's. So far they have been very helpful. Especial when I cannot complete a lab from the book I am reading. 13 hours is nothing, I have well over 25 hours of the book reading already. And I project somewhere around 150 hours of reading and watching video's by time I take the Exam. I want to be ready for anything they throw at me. Plus I work with Windows 7 everyday. And I want to know everything I can learn about Windows 7. I look at it this way, you get out what you put into it.
