Post Windows Experience Index error
I recently had to replace my motherboard on my Dell E510 due to a memory controller problem with the old board. Everything is working alright besides two errors messages. One I have figured out, the other I do not:

"The Windows Experience Index for your system could not be computed. Could not measure video playback performance".

Video card driver is update to date. I have tried doing an uninstall and reinstall on it as well.

Computer is running Windows 7 Professional. I have 4GB of RAM, 32 bit system. Video card is a Radeon ATI.

This error seems to be a new one. Any thoughts or advice. Thank you in advance.

Hey, thanks I appreciate the help. I hadn't found the Tom's Hardware thread so thanks for that too!
