Which one of these methods cannot be used to start the Windows Task Manager in Windows XP?

A) Ctrl-Shift-Esc

B) Ctrl-Alt-Del / Task Manager

C) Right-mouse click in the taskbar / Task Manager

D) Control Panel / Task Manager
