The Ctrl-Shift-Esc keystroke is a hotkey that quickly launches Task Manager. You can also right-click in the task bar and select Task Manager, Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and select Task Manager, or start the Task Manager manually by running Taskmgr.exe.
